Reheating Pies:

Frozen Pies

  • Preheat oven to 300ºF.
  • Remove frozen pie from wrapping, cover top with foil if you don’t want extra browning.
  • Place on a baking tray and bake on the middle rack for 35–45 minutes.
  • Let sit 5–10 minutes before serving.
  • Pies are ready when an instant-read thermometer in the center reaches 165ºF.
  • Tip: Insert a knife into the center for 15 seconds—if the tip feels very hot to the touch, the pie is cooked.

Frozen Mini Mates

  • Preheat oven to 300ºF.
  • Bake from frozen for 15–20 minutes.
  • Keep some space between pies.
  • If crust browns too much, lay foil loosely on top.

Frozen Mini Quiche Lorraine

  • Preheat oven to 300ºF.
  • Bake from frozen for 15–20 minutes.
  • Keep some space between quiches.
  • Cover with foil to avoid the egg from browning too much.

Reheating Thawed Pies

  1. Avoid microwaves (pastry doesn’t respond well unless baked).
  2. Thaw pies overnight in the fridge or 1 hour on the counter.
  3. Preheat oven to 300ºF.
  4. Cover pie in foil if you don’t want additional browning.
  5. Reheat 15–20 minutes or until piping hot.
  6. Enjoy!
