Frozen Pies
- Preheat oven to 300ºF.
- Remove frozen pie from wrapping, cover top with foil if you don’t want extra browning.
- Place on a baking tray and bake on the middle rack for 35–45 minutes.
- Let sit 5–10 minutes before serving.
- Pies are ready when an instant-read thermometer in the center reaches 165ºF.
- Tip: Insert a knife into the center for 15 seconds—if the tip feels very hot to the touch, the pie is cooked.
Frozen Mini Mates

- If crust browns too much, lay foil loosely on top.

- Preheat oven to 300ºF.
- Cover pie in foil if you don’t want additional browning.
- Reheat 15–20 minutes or until piping hot.
